MEET TINA

A lifetime of experience, finally with somewhere to put it.

For most of her life, Tina has been busy looking after other people. A mother of four, a lifelong hospitality professional and a lifelong student of spirituality, she has spent decades learning how to care for people in very different ways.

A LIFETIME OF CARING FOR PEOPLE, IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS.

It started long before Crystals & Bean.

Crystals & Bean didn’t appear out of nowhere. In many ways, it is the result of a lifetime spent caring for people.

Tina has been working in hospitality since she was 12 years old. Across more than four decades, she has worked throughout restaurants, events and some of Sydney’s biggest venues, including senior supervisory and management roles, VIP hospitality and event environments.

She is a trained barista, an experienced hospitality professional and someone who genuinely loves making people feel welcome.

And if you’ve ever had a coffee made by Tina, you’ll probably understand what we mean. Tell her how you like it once, and she’ll remember.

Hospitality has always come naturally to her. It isn’t simply about making a good coffee or getting the details right. It’s about noticing people, making them comfortable and creating an experience they want to come back to.

Alongside hospitality, spirituality has been a constant thread throughout Tina’s life. Her interest began when she was young, exploring spirituality from around the age of 12 before beginning to work with Tarot in her twenties.

Over the years, that curiosity grew into a much deeper exploration of intuition, energy and spirituality, with many chapters of learning and awakening along the way.

A NEW CHAPTER

For much of Tina’s life, her attention was on everyone else.

She raised four children, often balancing multiple jobs while doing so, and spent much of her adult life caring for the people around her.

Her children are now grown and, for perhaps the first time in her life, Tina found herself with enough space to ask a different question.

What do I want to do with this next chapter of my life?

That question eventually led her to Reiki.

WHERE HER WORLDS FINALLY MET

And slowly, the pieces came together.

What began as another step in Tina’s own spiritual journey became something that felt worth sharing with others.

As she studied Reiki and spent more time exploring energy work, the idea for Crystals & Bean began to take shape.

A place where all of her worlds could meet.

Coffee is the invitation.
Crystals are the  exploration.
Reiki & Tarot are the deeper experience.
